T. Bag wants to rule Mount Olympus, but Athena casts her out. But when the fabled Olympic Rings are scattered. Athena loses her powers. Can young Polyxena find all the rings before it's too late?

T-Bag and T-Shirt have now gained possession of a large, flying cup and saucer which hovers in space above the Earth. Whilst reading an account of her cousin, Kit Bags final adventure into some peruvian jungly type place (Kit Bag was a famous explorer), she finds out about the lengendary Sunstones of Montezuma and how they can grant the power of the sun to whoever lays them on an altar in an Aztec temple in the jungle (all this sounds quite familiar!). She sets off to find them, but is foiled by an archaeologist (Diggory) and his daughter Penny who scatter the sunstones as T-Bag is claiming the power of the sun.

Tabatha Bag takes over where her sister left off, enlisting T.Shirt as her T. Caddy and usurping Captain Cockle's lighthouse. Only the Pearls of Wisdom can defeat her, so it's another quest for Sally Simkins to find them all in time.

Olympus. Here are all the most important gods: mighty Zeus, his treacherous wife Hera, handsome singer Apollo, ruler of the seas Poseidon, warrior Ares, goddess of beauty and love Aphrodite and wise Athena. Here is the illegitimate son of Zeus, Hercules - a demigod-half-man. Having missed the Earth, he begs for travel on it from Zeus before sunrise. He is accompanied by an eagle - a cunning and insinuating creature, the same one who once pecked Prometheus and from which Hercules saved him. On Earth, Hercules enters the temple dedicated to him and his twelve feats. There he remembers some of them.

Olympian gods watch the Earth and resolve to fight a group of terrorists who stole a diskette containing a secret that can destroy the world.
